Welcome to Hastings Photography Group
Do you enjoy taking photographs? Hastings Photography Group is a friendly and active photography club. Our membership includes beginners to highly accomplished national and international award winners and we enjoy sharing our skills and knowledge with our members through workshops, trips, exhibitions and competitions.
Visitors to our monthly club nights are very welcome. We invite you to come along to one our meetings, so we can introduce ourselves. We would love to meet you.
Our club activities include competitions, field trips, and social gatherings. There are also a number of Special Interest groups, covering a range of specific genres of photography, which you can join. Above all, we think photography should always be fun and our photographic knowledge should be shared. You can see a sample of members' images in the Galleries.

Club Meeting
1st Tuesday of the month at 2pm
Laurieton United Services Club (LUSC)
Before the meeting gets together, for those who are interested, we have lunch at LUSC at 1pm. Workshops and or guest speakers are often a feature at this meeting. Learn new photography skills or meet guest photographers and hear about their photography interests.
Digital Competition Nights
3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm
Emerald Downs Community Centre
Find out what’s happening in the club and view the photos submitted in our monthly competition, hear the reports from the judges and celebrate the successes. Grab a cuppa and have a chat afterwards.
